How Subscribers Opt In
Subscribers consent to receive SMS through two methods:
An optional unchecked SMS consent checkbox appears on our signup form at https://movingleads.bot/get-started. The checkbox is not pre-selected and not required to complete signup. Full opt-in language, links to our Privacy Policy and Terms of Service, and message-rate disclosures are visible before submission.

Subscribers may text the keyword LEADS to +1 (720) 223-0658 after signing up to confirm enrollment in SMS lead alerts. This second-method opt-in serves as an additional confirmation that the subscriber affirmatively consents to receive automated SMS messages from MovingLeads.Bot.
After texting LEADS, the subscriber receives an automated confirmation message that includes brand name, message type, frequency, message-rate disclosure, and STOP/HELP instructions.
Message Types & Frequency
Type: Transactional lead-alert notifications (new MLS listings matching the subscriber's claimed territory) and account-related service messages.
Frequency: Variable — dependent on listing volume in the subscriber's claimed ZIP. Most territories receive 1–10 messages per week. High-volume territories may receive up to 40 messages per week.
Cost: Message and data rates may apply. MovingLeads.Bot does not charge for SMS — your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.
Opt-Out & Help
To opt out: Reply STOP to any message from MovingLeads.Bot, or reply STOP, END, CANCEL, UNSUBSCRIBE, or QUIT. You will receive one final confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent unless you re-opt in.

Privacy
