Yes — there is a one-time $49 activation fee charged at signup. This covers your immediate zip code lock, MLS monitoring setup for your territory, SMS and email alert configuration, subscriber portal access, and a 7-day historical lead backlog delivered on activation. The activation fee is never charged again as long as your subscription remains active.

Total to start: a single zip is $78 ($49 activation + $29 first month). A 5-zip bundle is $178 ($49 activation + $129 first month).

No. All plans are month-to-month. You can cancel anytime with no cancellation fees. Your territory remains active until the end of your current billing period.

We do not offer a free trial, but we do include a 7-day historical lead backlog when you activate. You will receive every listing from the past 7 days in your territory the moment you sign up, so you have leads to work with immediately.

Every alert is sent two ways simultaneously — SMS text message to your phone and email to your inbox. This ensures you never miss a lead, even if one delivery method has an issue.

First, save our number as "MovingLeads.Bot Alerts" in your phone contacts. Then text the word LEADS to our number to confirm your SMS enrollment. iPhone users should go to Settings → Messages and turn off "Filter Unknown Senders." If you are still not receiving alerts, contact support@movingleads.bot immediately.

Lead volume depends on real estate activity in your specific zip code. Smaller markets receive an estimated 1–8 leads per month, busier suburbs an estimated 5–20 leads per month, and major metros an estimated 15–40 leads per month. These are estimates based on typical listing activity. We cannot guarantee a minimum number of leads as this depends on real estate market conditions.

We include the homeowner's phone number when it is available through public records skip trace data. In most cases the number is available. When it is not, the alert will show "Not Available" for the homeowner phone field. The listing agent's contact information is always included.

Yes. Go to "Add Territory" in your portal to search available zip codes and add them to your account. You can also make offers on sold territories and join waitlists from inside your portal.

Your first charge includes the $49 activation fee plus your first month's subscription. After that, you are billed monthly on the same date your subscription started.

You can cancel anytime by emailing support@movingleads.bot or calling (720) 223-0658. There are no cancellation fees. Your territory remains active until the end of your current billing period. After 48 hours, the zip code returns to available status.

Your portal access and all historical leads remain available until the end of your billing period. After that, your account is deactivated and the territory is released.

The activation fee is non-refundable as it covers the immediate setup of your territory. Monthly subscription fees are non-refundable for the current billing period. If you experience a technical issue preventing lead delivery, contact support@movingleads.bot and we will make it right.

MovingLeads.Bot provides publicly available real estate listing data for business development purposes. You are responsible for ensuring all outreach complies with the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), applicable state telemarketing laws, and the National Do Not Call Registry. We recommend checking numbers against the DNC registry before calling and always identifying yourself and your company when making contact.

The Telephone Consumer Protection Act regulates commercial phone calls and text messages. When using lead data: always call manually — never use automated dialers. Always identify yourself and your company. Honor all do-not-call requests immediately. Contact a legal professional if you have specific compliance questions.

Homeowner contact information is obtained through BatchData skip trace using publicly available records. This is the same type of data used by real estate professionals, insurance companies, and other legitimate businesses for outreach purposes.
