SMS Communications Policy

Opt-In

You may opt in to SMS alerts by checking the consent box on our sign-up form, texting LEADS to (720) 223-0658, or enabling SMS in your subscriber portal.

Opt-Out

Reply STOP to any message to immediately unsubscribe from all SMS communications. You will receive one confirmation message and no further SMS will be sent.

Message Frequency

Varies based on real estate listing activity in your territory. Typically 1–30 messages per month depending on your plan.

Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier plan.

SMS consent is never required to purchase or use MovingLeads.Bot services. All features are available to subscribers regardless of SMS opt-in status.

Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

SMS opt-in information and consent data is never sold, shared, or transferred to third parties or affiliates for any marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Data Security
