MovingLeads.Bot is a B2B SMS lead alert service for moving company owners.
Subscribers receive instant text message alerts when a residential property
lists for sale in their exclusive zip code territory.
Each SMS alert includes:
- Homeowner's direct phone number
- Listing agent's name and contact info
- Property address and listing price
- Date and time of listing
Message frequency: Varies based on real estate listing
activity in the subscriber's territory. Typically 1 to 40 messages per month.

How End-Users Consent to Receive Messages
Method 1 — Website Signup Form
Subscribers visit
movingleads.bot/get-started
and complete the territory subscription form. The form includes an optional
unchecked SMS consent checkbox displayed before payment.

- Unchecked by default — subscribers must actively choose to opt in
- Optional — not required to complete purchase or access service

Method 2 — Keyword Opt-In
After subscribing users may text the keyword LEADS to
our number to confirm SMS enrollment.
Supported opt-in keywords: LEADS, START, YES, SUBSCRIBE, ALERTS
Upon texting an opt-in keyword subscribers receive this confirmation:
